What do I do if my personal details change?
If any of the details you provided in your original application form changes, you need to notify us. Update your contact details (phone number and/or address) in the client portal or complete our change of personal details form to update your employment or address information.
To update your phone number and/or email address go to the ‘Profile’ tab in your portal and click ‘Edit’. Update the information and click ‘Save Changes’.
In order to update your address or employment information you need to complete and return a “Change of Personal Details” form. Go to the ‘Documents’ tab, click on ‘Broker Forms’ on the right hand side and download the form.
