How can I deposit funds to my trading account?

You can either transfer funds via TT or bank transfer or deposit online using your debit or credit card.

How long does it take for the funds to appear in my account?

Bank transfers will be applied to your account shortly after they have been received at our bank.  Depending on the type of payment you have made this can range from the same day to between 3-5 business days for standard international payments.   We check our account regularly throughout the day for new deposits and can ask our bank to check for specific receipts where you have advised us of the remittance details.

Debit and credit card payments will be applied to your account as soon as we receive confirmation from our payments processer that your payment has been successful – this is normally within a few seconds of your online payment transaction being completed.

What currencies do you accept?

Accounts are denominated in USD but we accept USD, GBP and Euro transfers. All non-US receipts will be exchanged at our daily Company rate to USD.

Can I start trading before my funds arrive?

No. We do not provide credit facilities to new clients.

Can I transfer funds between my accounts at One Financial Markets?

If you have more than one account with One Financial Markets, we advise that you manage them separately wherever possible. However, we appreciate that there may be occasions when you need to transfer funds between the two.  To request this please send us an email at info@ofmarkets.com detailing the amount you wish to transfer.

Where can I see my payment history on the platform?

 

MT4 Platform:

For the MT4 platform, payments in and out of your account are shown on the ‘Account History’ tab on the platform.

Do you accept funds from a third party source?

No. Third party transfers are not permitted and as such any remittances from third party accounts will be returned to the remitter. If you believe you have an exceptional circumstance whereby this facility is required please contact us at support@ofmarkets.com.
