How do I deposit funds to my trading account?

We offer a variety of deposit methods; you can transfer funds directly to our bank account via wire transfer, deposit online using your debit or credit card or transfer funds from your e-wallet.

Login to the client portal to view all your payment options and make a deposit.

If you make an online deposit from within the portal you can choose to add funds to your landing account or directly to your trading account. Deposits made outside of the portal, i.e., bank transfers or online payments initiated via links on our website(s) will be added to your landing account and you will need to transfer funds to your trading account yourself.

How long does it take for the funds to appear in my account?

Bank transfers will be applied to your account shortly after they have been received at our bank. Depending on the type of payment you have made this can range from the same day to between 3-5 business days for standard international payments.  We check our account regularly throughout the day for new deposits and can ask our bank to check for specific receipts where you have advised us of the remittance details.

Debit and credit card payments as well as e-wallet transfers will be applied to your account as soon as we receive confirmation from our payments processer that your payment has been successful – this is normally within minutes of your online payment transaction being completed.

DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM DEPOSIT AMOUNT?

We have no minimum deposit if you fund via bank transfer but we do have a $50 (or equivalent) minimum in relation to online card deposits.

What currencies do you accept?

Accounts are denominated in GBP, EUR or USD but we accept deposits in a variety of currencies; AED, EUR, GBP, HKD, JOD, KWD, SGD, USD and ZAR.

Can I start trading before my funds arrive?

No. We do not provide credit facilities to new clients.

Can I transfer funds between my accounts?

Yes, you can transfer funds between your landing account(s) and trading account(s) or between trading account(s) yourself from within the portal. 

Click on the “Transfers” tab on the top of your screen and then on the “Internal Transfer” tab on the right hand side to select the “From Account”, “To Account” and “Amount”. Click “Submit” to confirm the transfer and you will see the transfer confirmation message that funds have been moved. You can check your account balance(s) by navigating to the “My Accounts” tab.

Where can I see my payment history on the platform?

Within the portal payments in and out of your account(s) are shown in the “Recent Activity” section on your dashboard or in ‘Transaction History’. Go to the “Transfers” tab and click on “Transaction History” and click on “Transaction History”.

Do you accept funds from a third party source?

No. Third party transfers are not permitted and as such any remittances from third party accounts will be returned to the remitter. If we have reason to believe a third party payment has been made we reserve the right to request proof of deposit.

How do I transfer funds out of my account?

To withdraw money from your account please login to your the client portal and request a fund withdrawal. 

Click on the “Transfers” tab on the top of your screen and then on the “Withdraw Funds” tab on the right hand side to select the “From Account”, “To Account” and “Amount”. Click “Submit” to confirm the withdrawal request and you will see the confirmation message.

Please note that all withdrawals are made from your landing account and you must have funds available for the request to be approved. Withdrawals will not be approved if your trading account(s) are in deficit.

Please note that we return funds to source so if you deposited by card we will return your money to that card.
