2. This offer is restricted to one account per customer, each individual may only be entered into the prize draw once.
3. This offer is open to new and existing clients of One Financial Markets.

5. New clients should apply for an account via the landing page promotion to opt in to the prize draw.
6. Existing clients should complete the information box on the landing page in order to opt in to the prize draw.
7. Deposit a minimum of $1000 USD between 14th December 2017 (00:00 UK time) and 31st January 2018 (23:59 UK Time)
8. There is no minimum trading requirement, however only accounts with trading activity within the promotion period shall be included in the prize draw
9. The winner will be selected at random after 1st February 2018 and will be notified via email or telephone.
10. If the winner cannot be successfully contacted after a number of attempts or if the winner fails to respond within two weeks of One Financial Markets issuing the first communication of winning, a new winner will be selected at random
11. The winner shall be entitled to a two night stay in the Burj Al Arab Resort based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates
12. The winner must confirm their availabilty for the stay as soon as it is convenient but must redeem the prize no later than 31st December 2018.
13. The prize does not include flights or spending money and is provided on a 'room only' basis.
14. At the sole discretion of One Financial Markets, a cash alternative up to $4500 USD may be claimed in place of the two night stay at the Burj Al Arab Resort at the winner's request.
15. Where a cash alternative is paid, the amount will be added to the landing account and may be withdrawn without restriction.
16. One Financial Markets is the arbiter of the promotion and reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the offer and these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice and in the event of any dispute its decision is final.
17. Where not specifically covered herein, the relevant One Financial Markets Client Agreement will apply where appropriate.
