Trading Challenge Terms and Conditions

1. You must be 18 or over to be eligible to participate
2. The offer is restricted to one demo account per customer
3. If you are an existing live account holder you are not eligible to participate
4. Employees of One Financial, their relatives or employees of referring parties are not eligible to participate
5. Only those who have applied for an Edge demo account before 20:00 (UK time) May 31st, 2010 will be eligible to enter
6. The competition will begin at 00:00 (UK time) June 1st, 2010 ("Start Date”) and runs until 23:59 (UK time) June 14th, 2010 ("End Date”)
7. All demo accounts will have an initial balance of $100,000 at the Start Date and any previous trading history will not be counted in the competition
8. At the End Date, any open positions will be automatically closed by One Financial at the prevailing prices at that time
9. 'Most profitable trade' means the single trade that made the most actual profit not percentage gain. The size of trade and length the position is held is not relevant.
10. Competition prize winners will be contacted by phone 7 days after competition End Date
11. If we are unable to contact the winners after a reasonable number of attempts, the prize will be awarded to the next runner up
12. To be entered in the 'Lucky One' prize draw you must send our message exactly as it appears on Twitter or Facebook
13. The prize draw will be held on June 1st, 2010 by a supervised, independent individual
14. The winner will be the first name selected at random by a supervised, independent person and will be notified via Twitter or Facebook as applicable
15. In order to be eligible to receive the monetary prizes you must apply, and qualify, for a live trading account
16. All monetary prizes will be allocated to your live trading account and cannot be withdrawn before the earlier of (i) 30 trading days; or (ii) you have traded a minimum of 1 CFD round turn per $100 on account
17. Laptop prize will be dispatched to the address provided over the phone after successful account opening
18. The bonus amount, up to a maximum of $2,500, will apply to the first deposit made by the winner to their live account if such deposit is made within 30 days of account opening
19. The bonus will be used for trading purposes only; you cannot withdraw the bonus
20. You have 30 calendar days from the date of deposit in which to use the credit; at the end of the 30 day period the bonus will be removed
21. If the account has an open position(s) at the time the bonus is removed and the removal places the account on margin call it is your responsibility to ensure additional funds are injected
22. Only one prize per customer
23. In the event you are a winner in more than one category, you will be awarded the highest value prize only
24. Where not specifically covered herein, the relevant One Financial Client Agreement will apply where appropriate
25. One Financial is the arbiter of the promotion and reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the offer and these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice and in the event of any dispute its decision is final
