The US Nasdaq stock exchange has had a positive morning's trading (November 29th), with investor confidence returning and the index responding in a positive manner.
Reuters reports the exchange gained three percent in value over the course of the latest trading period, with the S&P retail index up by 3.2 per cent and the Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA) gaining 2.6 per cent - 292.26 points in total.
At the close of the session, more than 90 per cent of shares on the exchange were in a positive position, highlighting growing confidence in the market.
Furthermore, 95 per cent of New York Stock Exchange shares were also showing signs of growth, marking considerable shift in investor attitudes.
Earlier this month, the DJIA and S&P 500 both fared less positively, reporting dips of 0.9 per cent and 1.1 respectively after the publication of soft data from both China and the US concerning economic stability.
