Invesing.com -- Lattice Semiconductor reported Monday quarterly results that topped Wall Street expectations as strong chip demand in its computing and automotive end markets bolstered performance.
Lattice Semiconductor (NASDAQ:LSCC) was up 2.8% in afterhours trading.
The company reported second-quarter earnings of $0.42 per diluted share on revenue of $161.4 million, that was ahead of estimates for $0.40 on revenue of $157.98 million.
"Growth was driven by our strategic segments of communications and computing, and industrial and automotive," the company said.
Looking ahead the company expects revenue in a range of $161 million to $171 million. That is ahead of analysts' forecasts for $161.4 million.
