
Investing.com – Israel stocks were higher after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Banking, Financials and Insurance sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 rose 1.42%.
The best performers of the session on the TA 35 were Israel Corp (TASE:ILCO), which rose 5.94% or 5,240.00 points to trade at 93,440.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Shikun&Binui (TASE:SKBN) added 4.14% or 34.00 points to end at 855.00 and Mivne Real Estate KD Ltd (TASE:MVNE) was up 3.96% or 36.10 points to 947.10 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Camtek Ltd (TASE:CAMT), which fell 2.02% or 640.00 points to trade at 31,100.00 at the close. Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd (TASE:TEVA) declined 1.13% or 59.00 points to end at 5,148.00 and NICE Ltd (TASE:NICE) was down 0.64% or 530.00 points to 82,540.00.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 316 to 137 and 86 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for June delivery was down 0.57% or 0.45 to $78.03 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in July fell 0.60% or 0.50 to hit $82.83 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract fell 0.14% or 3.35 to trade at $2,327.85 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was down 0.74% to 3.70, while EUR/ILS fell 0.65% to 3.99.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.09% at 105.01.
