The Company also distributes and markets juice and juice-drink products. Coca-Cola distributes its products to retailers and wholesalers in the United States and internationally. The company is best known for its flagship product Coca-Cola which was invented in 1886 by John Stith Pemberton, a pharmacist in Atlanta, Georgia. In 1894, The Coca-Cola formula and brand were bought by Asa Griggs Candler, who ultimately incorporated The Coca-Cola Company.

The Coca-Cola Company’s shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and is part of the Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA), the S&P 500 index, the Russell 1000 Index, and the Russell 1000 Growth Stock Index.
