Investing.com - Stock futures lifted slightly during Thursday's evening trade, following a mostly positive session among major benchmark averages after Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell testified before the Senate Banking Committee, noting that future rate hikes will likely slow from their aggressive pace last year.
By 19:30 ET (23:30 GMT), Dow Jones futures and Nasdaq 100 futures were up 0.1% apiece, while S&P 500 futures were flat.
Ahead in Friday's session, investors will be closely monitoring preliminary manufacturing and services PMIs, as well as further speeches from FOMC members Bullard, Bostic, and Mester.
During Thursday's regular trade, the Dow Jones Industrial Average finished flat at 33,946.7, the S&P 500 gained 16.2 points or 0.4% to 4,381.9, and the Nasdaq Composite added 128.4 points or 1% to 13,630.6.
On the bond markets, United States 10-Year rates were at 3.797%.
