
Investing.com – Israel stocks were higher after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Banking, Real Estate and Technology sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 gained 1.10%.
The best performers of the session on the TA 35 were Melisron (TASE:MLSR), which rose 3.08% or 700.00 points to trade at 23,450.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Mizrahi Tefahot (TASE:MZTF) added 2.92% or 330.00 points to end at 11,630.00 and Nova (TASE:NVMI) was up 2.73% or 940.00 points to 35,330.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were OPC Energy Ltd (TASE:OPCE), which fell 1.63% or 51.00 points to trade at 3,081.00 at the close. Energean Oil&Gas PLC (TASE:ENOG) declined 1.29% or 69.00 points to end at 5,260.00 and Kenon Holdings Ltd (TASE:KEN) was down 1.21% or 130.00 points to 10,590.00.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 271 to 187 and 31 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for April delivery was down 2.82% or 2.11 to $72.69 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in May fell 2.58% or 2.08 to hit $78.69 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract fell 0.29% or 5.55 to trade at $1,910.95 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was unchanged 0.00% to 3.62, while EUR/ILS unchanged 0.01% to 3.88.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.11% at 103.29.
