Change in Personal Information
What do I do if my personal details change?
It is important that you notify us Iif any of the details you provided in your original application form changes, you need to notify us. Update your contact details (phone number and/or email address) in the client portal or complete our Cchange of Ppersonal Ddetails form to update your employment or address information.
Contact information:
To update your phone number and/or email address go to the ‘Profile’ tab in your the portal and click ‘Edit’. Update the information and click ‘Save Changes’.
Other information:
In order to update your address or employment information you need to complete and return a “Change of Personal Details” form. Go to the ‘Documents’ tab in the portal, click on ‘Broker Forms’ on the right hand side and download the form.
